I enrolled in this 2 week course in December 2010 and couldnt have been happier with the results. The course was exactly as advertised and MUCH more. The learning techniques utilized at NBS are based more on hands on mixing in a real bar environment rather than through memorization of drink recipes. \r Repetetive mixing coupled with key acronyms of drink components almost pattern the brain into remembering each and every recipe to where you WILL mix 12 individually called drinks from a pool of almost 100 in under 6 minutes during speed testing drills. You learn them and mix them like a professional! It works!\r The owners and staff are great and top notch and NBS's open door policy for graduates to come back anytime to practice or brush up on technique is a great service. All in all a great school and fun experience.
