Review content:
I needed a quick man/pedi before and event and neglected to make an appointment at my usual place so I went to this place thinking it'd be quick and good, I WAS WRONG! It was a waste of time and a waste of money. The lady who did my pedi left my nails uneven and barely did any scrubbing on the soles of my feet. She didn't even get rid of my cuticles and was done in 20 minutes, if that. I've given myself better pedicures at home than this woman who says she's been working at the same nail salon for 10 yrs. The mani was even worse, if you can imagine. First, the woman cut my cuticles and made red stuff pour from my finger, (this website doesn't let you use the actual word for the red stuff that pours out from your body when you get a cut, so I had to get creative here). I had to ask her for alcohol for fear of getting an infection, (as the place is not very clean), and she scoffed at me. The red stuff kept coming from my finger and was dripping down my nail and she didn't even say sorry, instead she was argumentative. She used the roughest file on my nails, I think it was a toe nail file, and left my nails rough and scratchy. It was a horrible experience. Their customer service is definetely lacking not to mention the place was dirty. I hope I don't get an infection on my finger because I did not see any place where they were sterelizing their tools. Dont go for a mani/pedi to this place, save your money and go somewhere else. Cons: the stuff couldn't get a simple mani/pedi right!
