Review content:
The plumber came out to take a look at a water leak. Then they charged me lots of money for diagnosing the problem. No one informed me of this fee. When I talked to someone over the phone, they were very rude and said that I didn't ask if there was a fee. I really do not want nor do I expect to pay someone to ""diagnose"" an obvious leak. I just wanted to see how much it would cost to fix it. I got so upset with the company, I paid the fee, which they were happy and quick to take, and didn't want anything to do with them. Ended up calling a different plumber who didn't charge me anything for coming out.
