from the gals in the office to the plumber all very nice. i had some misc plumbing issues to be fixed and new fixtures i had purchased installed. Plus the plumber advised on maintenence of heater, softner and other fixtures @ no charge. I also received a yellow page discount of $10.00 off. Very pleased and more importantly, they stand behind their work. You can't beat the 25+ yrs they have been in Vegas.
Pros: honest, friendly, high quality est. 1983
