Review content:
I picked Las Vegas Plumbing off a website like this and liked that they were a ""family"" business. I had them come out to fix my kitchen sink, which subseqently I was better off just replacing it. I had a brand new Delta faucet I just bought from Lowes on hand, which their plubmer installed. Approx a month and a half later we returned from a trip only to find under our sink totally soaked. Upon having LVPlumbing out again they said it would be $101.50 to fix the problem, which was more than the install. Since we were 23 days past their 30 day warranty and what they claimed was a bad O ring and a loose fit, they would not cover the cost/stand behind their work. I find it hard to believe I had a bad O ring since Delta tests everything first and if they were good at their job they should have seen that at the install. Additionally, the part that was loose should have been tightened correctly in the first place. Lastly, they claimed since I bought the sink they couldn't honor it, which is just odd since it came from a reputaable retailer and company. I can see if it was 6 months later when I called about this problem, but being so close to the original install date and the issues they cited - I felt they should honor the work.\r \r I would have been better off going to a national chain I believe. I will say their plumbers were nice and professional though.\r
