I had an appointment scheduled for 7pm and was told I would receive a call about 30 minutes before the plumber arrived. At 7:10pm I had still not received a call so I called them. About 30 minutes after that, at 7:35pm the plumber called me and told me he had just arrived at another job and had to finish up there first. He said it would be about an hour-and-a-half before he would arrive at my house. That would put him at 2 hours past my appointment time.\r

If I make an appointment, I expect the company to keep the appointment. Just give me a realistic time frame, I can handle the truth. I ended up canceling my appointment all together and I think I'll call a different plumber tomorrow.
Pros: They were very easy to work with on the phone and they're 24 hours.
Cons: They were going to be 2 hours late for the appointment.
