Review content:
You get what you pay for with this place. Loud neighbors, gun shots as often as the sun comes up, robberies gallore, rude and illiterate staff. Current managment is a total joke. It's nice that they can spend money to buy new furniture in the office, but those of use that have horrible carpet or worn beds and couches have to suffer. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! One year in Criminole Suites was surely enough! Parents beware..your daughter/son will be much safer somewhere other than this ghetto property! Ride through it at night if you don't believe me! Oh yeah, and the security officers that ""patrol"" are as LAUGHABLE as the luxury the talk about. They are never around when you need them and when you do see them, they are sitting on their golf cart texting. Total joke this place is! Renew my lease? Oh hell naw!
