What a surprising find tucked away in Hamden! The Chinese menu is extensive. Fresh and flavorful without being greasy. Appetizers - steamed shrimp dumplings are my favorite. If you like sushi rolls with fancy mayonnaise and hot sauce, this is your place. The presentation is daring and colorful, and it works!! Try different things on the menu. For recommendations, talk to the manager, who has been in the food business in Malaysia, Japan, and all over. Enjoy!!
