Review content:
I am a long-time Dunkin Donuts customer. Today (9/12/09) was the first time that I visited this store. I ordered an iced coffee and showed my 99 cents coupon. The counterman, Kenny, looked at the coupon and pointed to a sign that stated ""one coupon per customer"". I thought that his gesture was unnecessary but I said nothing. When he was filling the iced coffee cup with ice, I had requested that he put very little ice in the cup. He turned and told me that ""there would be an additional charge"" for less ice!. I went ballistic. Charging more for less ice is like charging more for less cream in my coffee. The shift manager came out and apologized for Kennys stupidity and completed my order. \r
\r
I asked the shift manager for the name and telephone number of the franchisee and he refused to give it to me stating that he just apologized for Kenny and that he would ""take care of"" this issue. I again asked for the franchisee name and he refused.\r
\r
LOOK OUT FOR EXTRA CHARGES WHEN YOU GO TO THIS STORE WITH A COUPON. Evidentially, they have an attitude that people using coupons are poor or can be abused. Either way, this is a black mark on Dunkin Donuts and an indicator of their attitude about people who use coupons!\r
\r
AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.\r
\r
And, say ""hi"" to that arrogant counterman, Kenny.\r
Pros: Great coffee
Cons: Rude and condescending staff
