Avoid this place! One of the older guys reminds me of ArchIe Bunker from All in The Family...he is extremely unprofessional and rude! They are happy to take your car in, but they will tell you they will call when it is finished; when they do not call you in the course of a full day, they make you feel bad for calling for a status of the repair! Usually, the comment is "he has not looked at it yet, but he will call you as soon as he is done...OK?. So, for those of you who do not need your car for several days, and do not mind not knowing when it will be finished...this place may be for you. Also, customer service is NOT their strength at all! Especially with Archie...I think his name is bob. bob is an old grumpy man that pains him to be genuinely nice to people. For those of you who have had good experiences with their service, I believe you either have not seen their true colors yet, or do not know any better. Needless to say, I will never go back to this place again! Personally, I do not think they even should get one star.
