This really was the worst service that I have experienced in years. I decided to try this place out for Friday night dinner. They took our name down for a table, then they randomly picked groups to sit. They did not check their list. Everyone around became disgruntled as people who even had reservations were not seated in a timely manner. We waited over 40 minutes to be seated when we had been told 20 minutes. We thought we had experienced the worst of it but the bad service had just started. We were quickly asked what drinks we wanted, but sadly they never came. We had to ask for them when they still hadn't arrived 20 minutes later. No one seemed assigned to our table. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our order. The appetizers came within a respectable time. They were good, not great. But then the waiting began, we waited for an hour for our dinner to arrive. People around us were complaining, a couple even walked out before their food was served. The atmosphere was chaotic and no one seemed to know what their job was. It might have been worth it if they food was tasty. When it finally arrived it was a great disappointment. The chicken tikka masala was much too sweet, the Indian spices were completely missing. We had requested our food to be spicy but it was as bland as could be. The saag paneer was much too creamy, the cheese overcooked, it lacked spinach and once again a bland disappointment that did not resemble any sag paneer I've experienced at other much better Indian establishments. Mysteriously, we were offered one small ""complementary"" baklava, even though our dinner included desert. Over 2 1/2 hours later we had to ask for the bill three times before mercifully being allowed to leave. I would not return to this place nor would I recommend it to anybody. Cons: Service and Food
