The office staff is disorganized and the office manager is dismissive and rude. They commit fraud by mis-coding patient visits so they can make more money. Dr. Blackwell is never in the office or available to speak to you. If you want to go to a doctor that cares more about you and the patient relationship rather than money, then Peak Family is not your office.
