I always do my research before selecting any new vendor/service. After calling a few and obtaining price quotes, I selected Medallion for our transport to/from Philadelphia airport. Results? A+ and will always use them from now on.\r

The owner (who fielded calls) was extremely articulate and professional (especially in comparison with some of the other services I called, who were either curt or hard to understand).\r

After booking with him, I received WITHIN ONE HOUR an emailed confirmation receipt with all the details, pricing (including explanation that the gratuity was included), flight details, etc. That pleased me greatly and out me at ease about the transaction adn the company's reliability. \r

The day of the flight, the driver arrived at 3:50 for a 4AM (yes, AM) pick-up. He was friendly and a good, safe driver. While we were on our trip, the driver left a message on the cell phone to confirm the pick-up time and location. Upon arrival at the airport (12AM), he was exactly at the right spot at the right time - 20 feet outside the baggage claim door. Bottled water was provided and we were transported once again in a slick, clea, and comfortable navy blue towncar.\r

I ABSOLUTELY will use Medallion again for a) the superior service provided, combined with b) the best, most reasonable price. \r
