Your service person Rick arrived at my home to install our new Sears water heater! The window was noon to 2 pm and I was pleasantly surprised that Rick showed a couple minutes after 12 noon! That's amazing! When I'm dealing with a utility, and they give me a window, I hardly ever see them at the beginning of the window! When I told him that, he said he could have been at my house at 11:30 but he stopped to pick up a water softer at Sears to install at another location! That's OK Rick! I wasn't home at 11:30! Rick was knowledgeable and efficient! When he saw what needed to be done extra in order to install the unit, he ticked off the items expertly! I agreed and he went to work. He said it would take 2 to 2 and half hours and it took just a little over two hours! I was impressed! When he was finished, Rich gave me good instructions about our new heater!
