Review content:
Not a fair employment. They do not treat everyone equal. Our whole group was NOT making rate but only 1 was fired and had only been there 9 working days. I'd say ratio 1 out of 4 were rusty so nobody was getting boxes filled for shipment. Also, they bring a load of poorly washed parts to sort for rust and scrap marks but also expect you to wipe them clean with your gloves while you sort them......not gonna make rate that way........and then decide half way through the load to rewash them anyway!\r
The finished skid was placed too far from the sorting table so you'd have to walk 10-15 steps carrying a 40-50 pound box to set on the skid. Ergonomics will eventually hurt their workers. It would have been easier on the sorter if the skid were placed where the empty boxes were for less traveling with a heavy box of parts that might be dropped if you tripped.\r
It seemed quantity over quality was there motto. The rate was set extremely high in my opinion. Humanly impossible to give the customer what was expected of their services.\r
I had worked with one of the employees there that slid 3 parts over to me to pack that had lamination on them. She was working too fast and missed this. One of the laminations were huge......and as far as I know.......she's still working there. \r
How can you make rate if the others can't make rate either?
Pros: Great pay per hour to start, friendly employees
Cons: Not fair judgement for new employees when everyone was failing
