AT FIRST I HEARD HIM USED BEFORE AND TO BE PRETTY CHEAP, BUT AS THEY SAY ""YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"", HE CHARGED ME $300.00 TO REPRESENT ME ON A CHARGE OF DRIVING WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE, WHEN I WENT TO MEET HIM HE HAS A CRUMMY OFFICE NO ORGANIZATION, BUT SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT, HE ASKED FOR A HUNDRED DOLLARS UP FRONT AND THEN RESET MY COURT DATE UNTIL I PAID HIM THE REST AT MY SECOND COURT DATE THEY HELD ME IN CUSTODY BECAUSE THERE WAS A WARRANT OUT FOR MY ARREST THAT I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT, AND WHEN I CONTACTED MY LAWYER HE WAS RUDE BY CUTTING ME OFF TELLING ME ""I'M RUNNING LATE BUT I WILL BE THERE, OK"" WITH AN ATTITUDE, THEN AFTER SPEAKING TO A POLICE OFFICER WHO SUGGESTED I ASK MY LAWYER TO SPEAK TO THE JUDGE SO I CAN BOND MYSELF OUT I CALLED MY FIANCE AND ASKED HIM TO CONTACT MY LAWYER BECAUSE IT WAS ALMOST 10AM, MY FIANCE SAID HE DIDN'T EVEN GET TO SAY BUT 2 WORDS TO HIM THAT AFTER HE INTRODUCED HIMSELF TO MR PHAM HE SAID ""I KNOW WHO YOU ARE, AND I'M DOWN THE HALL FROM THE COURT ROOM, DON'T CALL BACK"" AND HUNG UP ON HIM! WHEN MR PHAM TALK TO ME AGAIN HE RESET MY COURT, EVEN THOUGH I HAD MY LICENSE REINSTATED AND ALL MY PAPER WORK READY FOR THE JUDGE, BUT BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE ALL THE MONEY HE RESET AND AFTER ASKING HIM TO TALK TO THE JUDGE HE SAID THIS WARRANT WAS FROM ANOTHER PRECINCT HE COULDNT DELA WITH IT AND SUGGESTED I ASK MY FIANC ETO GO POST BOND FOR ME, AND TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY I WASNT GOING TO STAY THE NIGHT IN JAIL! ONCE I GOT RELEASED AND AS I WAS TALKING TO THE BONDMAN I FOUND OUT I DIDNT NEED MR PHAM ANYMORE, I COULD PRESENT ALL OF MY PAPERS TO THE JUDGE MYSELF..... SO I DON'T ADVICE ANYONE TO WASTE THEIR MONEY ON THIS SORRY LAWYER!
