Bill showed up on time literally in the middle of the night and did an excellent job installing our faucet on an emergency basis. When I called, I was told of the "trip" charge (which was acceptable considering it was so late at night) but was told that I could not be given a price for the work until he arrived as his price book was in the shop. When I was given the price, I was already into Ben Franklin for the trip charge which, I found out, was in addition to the outrageous charge to install a faucet. To top it off, they actually add a $3 fuel charge over the trip charge. It's a shame because Bill did an efficient and great job, left the place clean and is a very nice man.
