I used to use this company as I thought the value for the service was a good balance. However they came over today to snake my kitchen drain and quoted me a price which was 50 higher than last fall. When I disputed it they were willing to drop the price a little but still charging me the emergency visit price (it was not an emergency call). I don't know what economy they live in but that sort of increase is unprecedented. I sent them away. They have lost a customer for good.
