Bill assessed the piping and determined that the pressure valve was in need of replacement, and he explained why this would be necessary. He also informed that it would be advisable to replace the valve at the same time as installing the EasyWater unit.
All work was performed sooner than I had expected.
Bill is an excellent representative for your company. His attire is neat and he is very polite.
