I had been having the problem of roots growing into my sewer pipes causing the main sewer drain to clog and back up every two years like clockwork. This had been going on for the 20 years I have been in my house. I have had countless plumbers come to assess the problem. It was not until Ben Franklin came and did a thorough inspection of my drainage system that the true nature of the problem was discovered. It turned out that my main sewer pipe was made of several clay pipe sections which allowed roots in at the pipe seems. The pipes needed to be lined in order to prevent the same thing from happened as it had for the past 20+ years.
Ben Franklin did a great job performing the service. Everything works great and hopefully I won't have the problem any longer. I was so pleased with the minimal disturbance to the landscaping as well. Everything was put back really nicely. I cannot say enough about the great service and customer care.
I give them my highest recommendation!
