Businiess name:  Paris Creperie

Review content:
These are not the crepes of the eponymous city. They're tasty, creative, and cleverly named, but probably not what you're expecting. The crepes are thick and unapologetic, stuffed to the fringe with apricot turkey, butter sugar, chicken parmesan, and so on. Oh, you might like it, but this is no Parisian pearl. And because the crepes add so little, it comes down to just which wrap you order. Is the combination right? Will the ingredients be fresh? Is the older gentleman preparing it? Too much risk, too little payoff. Try Paris Creperie, but don't recommend it to strangers. tl;dr - As Confucius sagely pronounced in his Analects, ""you can't polish a turd."" Pros: creative menu, hip employees, vegetarian options Cons: thick crepes, slow preparation, crowded tables
