Review content:
when we were interested in a car at thrifty in hendersonville, they wore our phone out calling us to get us to come in and what have you. we finally go in, did buy a car there, and went on our marry way. then we refinance our auto and need a reimbursement on the gap insurance and after holding on two occasions for over 15 minutes before we could speak to the office manager, we were told to fax something in. we did fax what was needed in with a cover sheet to please call us when they recieved it. we let it go for about a week and never heard anything. called there again today, held for 10 minutes and got the office manager on the phone. she shuffled through her desk and said oh yes, here it is at the bottom of the pile. we asked her why she didnt call. she sd. she was the office manager and she was too busy. i said too busy, where is the customer service here. she again said that she was too busy and to check back in three weeks. i couldnt believe her answer. i bet that wouldnt be the case if i was buying another car from there. customer service is so important in any industry but especially at a car dealership.
