Review content:
I had a horrible experience with Doggy Haven and I will never bring my pup there again. I brought my 2 year old boxer for a weekend. I was told he would be in a 'suite' with heated floors and a raised bed and would have a bath before I picked him up. when i can to pick him up I heard someone yelling at the dogs while I waited in the lobby. When he came out it was clear that not only had he had a bath, but his entire underside was shaved! I would have accepted this as a miscommunication if it weren't for the fact that the attendant snarled at me when I asked about it. Told me he wasn't shaved and rolled her eyes at me when I persisted. Seriously, she was staring me down and glaring at me. She brought the groomer out who said that my dog probably 'molted' due to the heat as 'dogs do that'. At further inspection we saw some scratched on him that could have been from play but his elbows were very red and irritated. Much like you see after a dog has slept on concrete for a couple days. I'm telling you folks, there is NO WAY that this dog was not shaved. Not a chance.
