When I called to get an appointment (I was having sooooo many problems) last September to say I didn't want to go was a major understatement. I am terrified a
of the dentist and was literally shaking when Toni took me back to start my procedure, She was the kindest most understanding person I could ever of imagined. She talked to me and really get me to relax as best I could. After she took care of me I met Dr. Fuller and what a pleasant surprise of professionalism, understanding a truly a gentle man. He told me what needed to be done and to bring my Ipod if I thought I needed it to help me and yes I did....Dr Fuller even commented on my music selection. I now go for my checkups without my Ipod and feel so comfortable. (The office staff is out of sight too!) I feel like Toni is the best hygentist ever and she also calls me herself to confirm my appointments.....Thank you Lake Mary Dental and special kudos to Toni!
