Worst Experience Ever!\r Do NOT use them to sell your coins, collectibles or other valuable items. I researched several companies to help me sell a coin collection and didn't find anything negative about Midwest Estate Buyers so sent them a few coins as a test and they sold them promptly and I was paid in a timely manner. However, when I sent them the balance of the coin collection which they claim they sold for me they won't pay me. One of the check they sent me bounced. They won't regularly return phone calls, won't respond to emails and it has been more than 12 months since I sent them the coins. Over the past 5 months, when they occasionally return phone calls they make repeated promises to pay in the next week, but these are all empty promises. The variety of excuses for non-payment is equally absurd over the past 5 months, including computer problems, staff problems, data entry problems, but never money problems. The worst part of the experience is that they told me that I had been paid for all of the coins that I sent them. I was glad that I kept a detailed log of everything as I was able to point out the 82 coins that they didn't pay me for. After several months of emailing and faxing the same list of 82 coins that I wasn't paid on they finally admitted that I was right, but still no payment. The saga continues. I can't wait to hear what there next excuse is. No matter what you do, avoid them at all cost.
