My 1 year old beagle scratched (out of a severe allerge reaction) her neck overnight, and not only she's bleeding, her neck was swollen to a baseball size, and we were realy shocked to see it. First thing in the morning, I called this hospital where I used to go for vaccination and everything, for a semi-emergency visit. The guy who answered my call was so rude, and didn't want to take care of the situation. If you are going to be a vet, you should at least have a little bit of sympathy to your patient's semi-emergency situation. He just said everything is booked, and cannot do anything. I said it is a semi-emergency situation, and he replied emergency means 'life-turning situation'. Oh, Please! Everyone knows that! Can't the vet take a look at the dog for 5 minutes for a quick first-aid treatment?? His 5 minutes is more important than a bleeding dog?? I went to another hospital right next to this one, and they squeezed us in to take care of the situation. Now my dog is doing much better. Please decide yourself where to bring your dog. I know where I am going from now on!! Pros: General service was OK. Cons: Please read my review.
