RUN!! Do not even think of using this company. The owner of this company, Pete, towed my 2003 Mercedes SL55 for me and nearly ripped off the entire front bumper. The bumper cover was split in half from one side and severly damaged on the other side. When confronted with the damage, Pete himself blamed the factory tow hook to be faulty. The vehicle was inspected by my local Mercedes Benz dealer and the service advisor was shocked to see what this tow company had done to this car. There are far better and cheaper companies out there. If you care for what you car looks like after its towed, dont even think about using this pathetic company. I have all pictures of damage and an inspection report from Mercedes which i will be using to file a lawsuit against Pete's Towing.
