Review content:
We felt really good about our above ground pool purchase in Feb '09. However, it took 2 months to get scheduled for installation. Then after it was set up and full of 14,000 gallons of water, it started leaking. The set up for the sand filter was horrible. The chlorine attachment was unsupported and heavy. It broke loose from the fitting in the sand filter and started leaking. It took another 2 weeks to get someone out. THEN...while the two worked on it, they cut a whole in the liner. Proceeded to patch it with a piece of another liner that didn't match ours at all! They must have used a whole tube of silicone trying to seal it because it was an enormous mess and as rough as the worst sandpaper. They didn't bother to tell us about the patch and we were outside nearby. They said..""You're fixed!"" and left. My problem isn't that they made a mistake...it was that they didn't say anything and I suppose they thought we wouldn't ever notice. This was about 24"" in diameter and mismatched!! An immediate call to the manager who said he knew about it and ""was gonna call"". SURE HE WAS. We had to drain all the water out. It took a week to get a new liner. And now we're having to fill it back up again. We haven't been compensated even one chlorine tablet for our troubles. It has been the POOREST workmanship!! and an enitrely too lengthy process. Check out comparable businesses first! You can't say I didn't warn you.
Pros: Nice selection. Good price.
Cons: Poor service after sale!
