I'm not a fan. I paid over $70 for a very bad haircut that I needed to get fixed. When I told them I was not satisfied with my haircut, instead of trying to remedy the situation, they told me I could book another appointment with the same stylist for another $70 (ummm I don't think so) to fix it. Naturally, I went elsewhere.
I feel bad outing a specific stylist, but she was one of the pricier ones, so I had expected much more. This was definitely the biggest waste of money. My hair looked boxy and awkward when I walked out. I'll never get those $70 back, but you can be sure I won't throw more money down the drain by coming back.
Perhaps a different stylist here would have done a good job, but I had a really bad experience that I was very upset about. I expected so much more after hearing good things and judging by their prices.
