If this is a signature restaurant for Mr Puck, he should sit and watch reactions to the food. We didn't finish the Ahi Sashimi because of bland taste and risotto was hard and undercooked! Watched and heard two neighboring tables complain about and not finish lamb dishes. There were supposedly four waiters teaming to serve us. Never a full glass of water, no explanation of plates, poured our own wine and had waiters constantly buzzing past us without asking us once how we were doing. Just because you are busy and expensive does not make you fine dining. If you are a name whore, this is your spot. Better experiences in Hawaiin fine dining style at Mama's or Sarento's with unexplainable better views. Just not worth your time or money to be with a bunch of clowns. And as for being the best in Wailea, maybe they should look at Waldorf Astoria down the street.
