Review content:
The customer service, as well as the skill level of the employees, leaves something to be desired here. On my first visit, it took three transmissions to finally get one that worked in my vehicle. On my second visit (and maybe this was a bad idea, coming back for more), I asked the mechanic to do a parts search and he refused. Apparently he didn't want to go ""above and beyond"" for the customer. I'll be taking my car somewhere else!
