This company has been such a nightmare to deal with. They are unresponsive and have a very apathetic attitude. We have had an endless number of problems in the place we're renting, from a filthy house upon move-in, multiple busted plumbing fixtures, broken appliances, broken locks, missing screens, dysfunctional windows, and plenty of other issues. It's taken well over a month to get most of the issues resolved. Getting an email reply isn't always the problem, but getting a straight answer is ALWAYS a problem. I have never rented from such a difficult company to deal with, and cannot understand why they can't seem to get their act together. If you're considering renting from them...all I can say is do your research, and good luck!!!
