Lane Properties got me into rental properties almost 28 years ago and I still have all my properties with them today for the following reasons: They have a very professional management style. They have grown with the times too, you can rent from them online, property owners can receive their statement online, renters can pay online as well. They have a tenant vetting process that serves the property owners well. They also have their own maintenance crews that can be used for property upkeep. Lane Properties uses a purpose built software package for accounting and reporting. They have a close working relationship with local law enforcement for tenant/property issues.\r

I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable, reliable and trustworthy management agency.
