I emailed for a quote and they took 3 days to respond. A young lady put me on hold for 10 minutes and later responded with this exact email:\r

""We do have exierience in installing Herringbone, however there havent been many projects because herringbone is no longer popular with new instals. we do have a lot of experience in sanding + white washing/bleaching. If you like we can create samples of our white washing for a $350 charge. The charge is refundable upon start of your project.\r

Install harringbone 4"" downstairs 3/4"" plywood + waterproofing of the concrete + install the wood floor (provided by the customer). Sand , bleach , stain and finish $50k""\r

They wanted me to pay $350 to see a sample!!! $50,000 for labor only to install a floor? I got 4 other quotes each of which were a fraction of their prices!\r

This place is crazy! Dont even bother calling.
