Bathrooms are DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY PASS COUNTY OR STATE INSPECTIONS. Seems to be black mold in the resrooms, which I'm pretty sure, has NEVER BEEN CLEANED. Homeless people are digging through the garbage. Some of the residents' are nice, but some are thieves and druggies. It's definitely not a place for children and families or people that are looking for a nice place to stay. Laundry room is HORRIBLE. It's like gambling! Half the time, the washers either don't run at all, or only 1/2 way through the cycle. And the driers...that's even worse! On average, only 2-3 work! And one of the brand new ones is already out! You can call the office to complain, but nothing ever gets done about any of it. Electric, when the wind is over 10 mph, or it sprinkles, that's a gamble too. If you do stay here, bolt everything you own down to the ground, and lock everything up tight! Don't walk around alone.
