i am new to las vegas, and really needed my hair done. i didnt really know where to go, but i looked on here and found diva. when i called to make an appointment, i was offered an appointment with a master stylist who's hair cut is $78 i was affraid to ask the price for highlights after that. i ended up having my hair highlighted and cut, to my surprise, the stylist was new and could barely hold a conversation. i paid a lot of money to be unhappy with my hair. every where i read about diva, it says ""top 20 salons in america"" but when i was sitting with the foils in i saw a picture hanging to advertise top 20 salons in america, what they dont tell you is that it was 13 years ago. i will probably fly back to cali to have my hair done until i can find a salon in vegas worth goin back to.
