Review content:
I have been a client at Diva for the past year. When I first went I saw a girl who completely messed up my hair. Then I was referred to another stylist who turned out to be wonderful. Recently, I called to schedule an appointment with with my stylist and was rudely told that she was no longer with the company but they would be happy to recommend a different stylist. I received a very nice phone call on a Friday night from MY stylist, and a couple of days later, I got a letter in the mail explaining that she was not longer working at Diva, but was at a new salon. A while after all of this, I got a letter from Diva, to notify me that my stylist had left, they also mailed me a $20 gift certificate, which I will never use. This is when I realized how unorganized they really are there, because the letter was about a stylist I had never heard of. Since I have gone to see my stylist at the new salon, I have been very happy about her move.
Pros: good parking b/c of empty salon
Cons: unorganized, rude, bad customer service, etc
