I couldn't be happier than my experiences with the Tower of Jewels. I have been inside 3 of the Tower locations on numerous times and always find the employees helpful (sometimes too helpful), and always willing to give me more than what I expect. If you sign up as a VIP (no charge to do so) then you will get free watch batterine! There is even more to the VIP than this. You get rebates like frequent flyer miles without blackout periods to use anytime you want or let them build up and get jewelry free! \r

I thought that the 1st time I went in it was a fluke, but everytime I've gone in it is the same.\r

The prices are good, the selection is good, the quality is great, and if they don't have it they will make it for you. When i inherit my dad's diamond I'm going to make it into a Lustrous diamond that my friend recently bought. I guess it is a special cut that they own the patent on.\r

I can't believe anybody could be unhappy with them unless they didn't talk to anybody about it.
