The lowest rating I can give here is one star but they don't deserve any! This company is just awful. How could anyone give them 5 stars? My neighbor ended up filling in their pool after having it less than 5 years. The walls pulled out, the pool was visibly on a slant. I stood in the empty pool and you could see it was crooked. They spent $15000 just on stamped concrete and its all trash! And Cypress had the nerve to tell them it wasn't their fault so they didn't do anything for them! My neighbor started to cry jsut telling em about it. AWFUL! I'm looking for a pool company now and I would not use them to build a bird bath. The lowest rating I can give here is one star but they don't deserve any!
