Strange how the realters like them but home owners dont. I was a buyer and hired this company for inspection. He expessed he didnt like my realtor and I should use someone else. He proceeded to find many major issues with the house I was buying told me not to buy it and to contact one of 2 realtors he recommended. I had a second inspector come out gave him the inspection for him to proof. He changed many of the things from major to minor explained extremely well the problems and the corrections needed. Realtors in not most favered status DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Buyers beware if this company is refered by a realtor you will probaly get a house with issues he over looks for his favorite realtors.
