The gentleman who did the inspection - incredible man with integrity and knowledge. The inspector wore booties to protect the property of the owner of the home. He pointed out how to change the container for the built-in vacuum system (a super plus), how to change the filter on the AC and noted that it needed to be serviced (Extra super plus) and he noticed a slight bow in the roof that indicated someone might have stepped on the eaves. After having this checked out, it was determined exactly that, someone stepped on the eaves, it wasn't any permanent damage. He checked every window for air leaks, every water entry place, including getting under a vanity to check out a bubble tub connection. This service is needed by all homeowners just to see where they stand for maintenance to avoid large ""fix-it"" bills down the road. But, it was the inspector who was doing his job the right way. Also like the instant print-out and the notebook.
