Businiess name:  La Palma Academy of Dance
Review by:  D.C. D.
Review content:
La Palma Academy of Dance offers classes in ballet, jazz and hip hop for all ages (starting at 5-7 years) and skill levels. Most classes begin in the Fall and most take place in the late afternoon and on into the evenings. Inquire at the office for class openings and schedules. Instruction is traditional, beginning at the bar, but also current, for example, it's a lot easier to learn how to stand up straight if you imagine your backbone is a string of pearls. What I like about La Palma Academy is that the instructor realizes, of course, that most students will never become professional dancers, but the classes are taught seriously as if each kid had the potential to be a dancer if she only worked hard enough at it.
