My elderly mom's insurance company recommended this restoration company to fix storm damage done to her house. The crew made unauthorized long distance calls and it appears that they also stole numerous items from the house. Long cherished and irreplaceable items from my deceased father, like his wallet and its contents, as well as my mother's 47 year old engagement ring were missing after the crew left my mom’s home. My mom contacted the owners about the calls and missing items in an attempt to rectify the matter, but the owners consistently blew her off by failing to return her calls and having no sense of urgency to address the apparent thefts and misdeeds of its crew. This experience has severely frightened and damaged my elderly mother’s sense of trust and security. She has felt so violated that and ignored by this company that she retained a lawyer to handle this issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
