Compare Owner Onsite Presence. They are a family owned and operated and is under dsaily management of the knowledgeable owners. It is very difficult to produce elements of quality consistently in a real time classroom on a daily basis for mist places, but not his one. They take considerable dedication and onsite presence and attention to the quality of the teaching of our children. For example: Suzanne Schoenthaler (director AND CO-OWNER) was an elementary school teacher for twenty years and has been working in the early childhood profession for nine years. She has a Master?s Degree in Elementary Education and is a reading specialist. At Discover and Share the teachers are well educated and well trained. They are very concerned about the safety and health of your child. They are concerned about the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development and the appropriate environment for that development. They are well monitored by the themselves, other staff, and the directors to ensure that the children receive nurturing, safe and developmentally appropriate experiences. Discover and Share is committed to hire the best educated and most experienced teachers it can hire. In each classroom, they have a college educated or certified teacher.
