First of all this company does not even deserve one star. I have American Home Shield and they sent this company out to fix my dishwasher. I should have checked this site first and I would have seen all the other terrible reviews. They diagnosed a problem with my appliance and told me it would be 10 days before they would be able to fix it. They explained the reason for the delay is because they needed approval from American home shield . After waiting over 15 days I called Lake Area Appliance service and left one of 5 messages I proceeded to make over 7 days. No one called back so I finally called my AHS rep and they were able to get a hold of them and they said my dishwasher was fine and it needed no repair. So they misled me and AHS relied on their misrepresentation to my detriment. Now I am further delayed and my dishwasher still doesn't work. Don't use this company!
