THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE PLACE, I HAVE A PART THAT WENT OUT ON MY DRYER AND IT HAS LITERALLY TOOK THEM OVER A MONTH TO GET THE PART AND THEY HAVE STILL YET CALLED ME TO FIX MY DRYER, WHEN I CALL A WOMEN NAMED CARLA ANSWERS THE PHONE AND SHE NEVER RETURNS MY PHONE CALL, MY PART WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE 2 DAYS AGO AND THEY DIDNT HAVE THE RESPECT TO CALL ME AND EVEN LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON, I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE. THIS HAS JUST GOT OUT OF HAND ITS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHEN YOU HAVE CHILDREN AND NEED CLOTHES DRIED, GOING OVER A MONTH WITHOUT A DRYER IS HARD. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
