I pawned a brand new motorcycle backpack & upon getting it out of pawn I noticed it had been damaged while in their possession. I informed the counter person of the damage & he said he did not know anything about it that he would get the manager James. The manager came over & I told him that the backpack had been scrathced up while it was pawned there. He just looked at me with a blank stare & said 'sir I can not say if it was or if it was not'. And just stared at me. I said that it had no scratches on it when I brought here, you guy's had to do it. Again James said 'sir I can not say if it was or if it was not' & that's all he would say. I then told him I would never do business with them again and he said okay. If you need to pawn anything & want to get back out in the same condition you took it in as, don't go to Charlies Super Pawn!
