I have tried other mechanics in the Memphis area but I have never had an experience so great as when I came to Gateway to get my Front Brakes repaired. They were timely, efficient, and offered me a price $300 lower than I paid for the same service in North Carolina. They have amazing customer service and their work is quality, not hurried or half-assed. Honestly the best experience I have ever had getting my car fixed. Do not waste time anywhere else. For anything you need, just go to Gateway. My one stipulation is that you should aim to get there early-they are extremely busy and often you will have to wait for a bit if you come at a busy time.
