Disappointing experience for a first time customer. A complete waste of an hour and a half drive..\r

This vendor recently decided they will NOT ACCEPT credit cards. Somehow just about every other retail business can afford to accept them, but not Eddie Lawson. lol\r

He was rude, belligerant, and unhelpful. Insisted that I buy 3 times more trim than I needed, refusing sell me just the length I actually needed. \r

The only 'help' I was provided by the owner was a sarcastic suggestion that I go to Home Depot.\r
\r
Fortunately, I was able to buy exactly what I needed online, shipped to my home in one day, and cheaper including shipping than the price from this merchant. And they happily accepted credit cards, of course! :)\r

Customer service being what it is at Interior Trim and Supply, I will buy all the other interior trim for the house I am building somewhere else (maybe Home Depot?). \r

I would suggest that others do that as well, unless they want to lug a large bundle of cash to this place and deal with an owner who doesn't understand that the customer comes first.\r
