I recently purchased an RX350 from Sewell Lexus and my experience was very special. I changed my mind, switching to different models and colors about a million times, and the salesman was so patient with me and never once got frustrated at my indecisiveness. He (along with everyone else at Sewell) helped me make my decision without any pressure and encouraged me to take my time and make the decision that felt right. I felt like I was the only customer they had, which is how you should feel when buying a car or making any purchase for that matter. I still feel that way everytime I walk into the store to have my car serviced or to get a free (!!) car wash.
